This is the place to be if you have a business interest in the concept of Gonzales Barbecue Restaurants. Gonzales is a concept typically developed by and for entrepreneurs. That’s why both our national and international growth strategies are completely based on franchising:

The individual restaurants are owned and run by Franchisees who signed a franchise contract with the Master Franchisee of his country or region. A Franchisee is responsible for running his own Gonzales, while being supported and controlled by his Franchisor.

The Master Franchisee acts as the Franchisor in his area, where he’s directly responsible for the Franchise Expansion and Franchise Management, while the Master Franchisor (BBQ International b.v.) looks after the international Concept Management and central services.
